Parish Bulletin – 30th Sunday of Ordinary Time, 30 Oct 2022

The latest bulletin can be found HERE

This bulletin shows the parish in the run-up to the end of the liturgical year (Year C) with another three weeks remaining before Advent (27 November). There will be a communal meal on Friday 4 November from 6.00pm in the Parish Centre. BYO drinks and a plate for sharing.

And with the First Holy Communicants celebrating earlier this month, another cohort of our young will prepare for their Confirmation on Sunday 13th November. They will be presented to the community next Sunday, 6th November. Please pray for them and their parents.

There are several opportunities to support parish outreach. The Mango Project 2022 will deliver boxes of mangoes in the month of November to benefit the Ruma Abedona Hospice in Kolkata, India. There will be the sale of avocadoes donated by a parishioner 13th November, which will fund the local chapter of the St Vincent de Paul Society Christmas deliveries. And the Archbishop’s LifeLink Christmas Appeal will launch later this November. Please look out for these and help where possible.

The Bulletin also has details and contacts for many events which offer a chance to enter more deeply into our faith. Look through the list for those that resonate.
